Beginner Level: For ladies who have no belly dance experience and those who are joining SD2 Studio for the first time. Individual basic movements will be introduced  step-by-step in a comfortable environment at a private/semi-private studio. Some simple combinations to follow.

基礎班: 為初學者及首次參加 SD2 Studio 課程人士而設。學員會在一個舒適自在的環境及私人/半私人舞蹈室內，學習個別基本肚皮舞動作。隨著傳統中東音樂展現基本舞步。基本動作包括: 蛇手、肩膊轉動、手腕轉動、抬臀、轉臀、不斷搖動(shimmy) 等等。

Intermediate Level: Combinations of different basic movements with more intricate movements being introduced. Traveling with basic movements. More focus on isolation of different parts of the body and "traveling" with basic movements . The use of the veil will also be introduced.

中班: 在掌握了肚皮舞基本功夫後, 學員會學習更多動作與及由多個個別動作連貫起來成為的組合, 再在加上不同步法, 聞歌起舞 練習組合動作的重點在於身體不同部份在同時間各有不同但互相協調的動作。 新動作包括: 臀部向前後上下8字轉、 全身波浪擺動及駱駝行等等, 學員也會開始使用其中一種常見的肚皮舞道具 -- 紗巾。

Advanced Level: Combinations of movements learned from basic and intermediate levels, focusing on mastering dance techniques and dancing with different music themes. The use of zills (finger cymbals) will also be taught.

高班: 進一步掌握不同動作組合與及紗巾舞的技巧，隨音樂節拍及個人感覺感受起舞。

Belly dance for fun: Don't worry about professional techniques, just come to enjoy belly dance, move your body and have great fun!

興趣班: 歡迎不能定期每星期上課及其他參加者

Intense Belly dance for body-trimming and fitness: Movements and routines will be taught according to each student's fitness needs.

密集式纖體及健身課程: 肚皮舞動作及舞步會因應學員需要而安排，包括全身帶氧運動或針對個別部位令身段更理想。

Special Workshops: Cane dance/Candle dance/Costume making/Belly dance stage make-up/Dance performance preparation/Dance recitals

特別工作室: 牧杖舞/燭台舞/自製肚皮舞衣/肚皮舞舞台化妝技巧/表演前準備/售票公演
